Legal basis
Your consent, given when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Hosting and technical logs

The site and the form answers are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), acting as our processor. Like any host, Netlify keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) needed to keep the site secure and working; this relies on our legitimate interest in running a secure site.

Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which Netlify has joined, and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. See Netlify’s privacy policy.

Contribution form (Tally)

The “Share your experience” link opens a form hosted by Tally BV (Belgium). The answers you give there are used only to shape the Sarally program, with Tally acting as our processor. See Tally’s privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

No cookies. If you pick the light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it stays the same from page to page. It is never sent to us. Switching back to the automatic theme, or clearing this site’s data, removes it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, object to or restrict its use, or receive a copy of it. To do so, or to unsubscribe, write to contact@sara11y.com. We reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
